An experienced CTO, Tony has led very large global professionals across software engineering, data science, DevOps, security & compliance, PMO, QA, big data, technical support, infrastructure engineering, and professional services. Tony's expertise lies in architecting secure, globally distributed systems used by hundreds of thousands of users across multiple regions.
With a proven track record of driving innovation, Tony has spearheaded the development of innovative AI-powered SaaS platforms used by industry giants like PwC, Deloitte, and KPMG. Tony is passionate about leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to deliver real-world business value. His leadership has been instrumental in securing VC / PE funding and transforming global engineering teams through leading agile methodologies and OKRs.
Bob Ouellette
Bob Ouellette has over 25 years of experience in engineering leadership, with a proven track record of scaling and leading high-performing teams to drive business growth and innovation. He is passionate about building innovative SaaS solutions that improve business outcomes and has a deep understanding of how to create a flow of value within organizations.
In his most recent role as VP of Software Engineering at Introhive, Bob successfully scaled the organization by introducing scaled practices and OKRs to align strategic goals with product development investments. He also led the team through a modernization effort to remove technical debt and improve overall platform performance. This success built on his previous experience at Bell Canada, where he transformed the organization's Agile practice to introduce the Bell Agile Framework (BAF), introduce a shared DevSecOps enabled capability and implemented Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) practices.
Bob has worked at numerous startups and large organizations, including Introhive, Bell Canada, Alcatel, iMagicTV, NBTel, and others, developing expertise in lean, scaled agile, value stream management, product management, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, software architecture, cloud computing, big data, and machine learning.
